CVS Health is seeking a recruiter to build and manage dental networks for Aetna Dental Commercial and Medicare clients. The role supports access and affordability while growing contracted networks in a remote but mobile work environment.

The position requires 2+ years in provider relations or similar healthcare roles, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 20% for recruiting projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or a related healthcare environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong negotiation expertise
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications including manipulation and analysis of data via Excel
• Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities
• Must be able to travel (up to 20%) for recruiting projects
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience is preferred
• Adept at critical and independent thinking
• Time management and organization skills
• Knowledge of ADA/CDT codes and general dental terminology is preferred
• Recruiting and/or sales experience including goal-oriented work
• Project management experience
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience
• High School diploma required
