Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a network management-related role such as contracting or provider services.
• Experience with client-facing responsibilities, including issue resolution and contract negotiations.
• Proven ability to solve complex issues and unique situations.
• Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance target setting, performance reporting and financial models for provider network contracting.
• Guide development of geographically competitive, broad access, stable networks.
• Evaluate, understand, and negotiate provider contracts per templates and reimbursement standards.
• Ensure network composition includes appropriate distribution of providers.
• Influence and/or input to forecasting and planning for network growth.
• Establish and maintain solid business relationships with providers and internal partners.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve issues.
