Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience in denial management or a related healthcare financial role.
• Experience with payer guidelines and denial appeals preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and file appeals to reverse denials where possible.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve issues and identify trends in denials.
• Stay updated on payer guidelines for denials and appeals and monitor RAC accounts for adjustments.
• Escalate unresolved denials and provide feedback to leadership on denial trends.
