Job summary

Flexe is seeking a versatile growth marketer to own the demand engine, including paid media, integrated campaigns, and marketing operations. You will set strategy and execute across channels, with a focus on AI-assisted optimization and measurable pipeline impact.

You will collaborate with a small, specialized team and external partners to align messaging, media, and events with revenue goals. This role reports to the VP of Marketing & RevOps.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B marketing spanning demand generation and marketing operations.
• Hands-on paid media across LinkedIn and Google Ads, plus ABM/intent platforms.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM, with credible attribution and reporting.
• Proven track record of owning integrated campaigns end-to-end and driving pipeline.
• AI-first approach to marketing and willingness to experiment with new tools.

Responsibilities

• Own our paid media program end-to-end, including budget, channels, audiences and creative.
• Direct our paid media agency and be the accountable owner of outputs.
• Coordinate with SEO and AI-search to integrate paid and organic efforts.
• Own conversion tracking and campaign attribution across paid, organic, and outbound.
• Partner with RevOps to run marketing operations, data, and funnel reporting.
• Own martech stack and budget decisions; define renewal vs. cut.
• Publish the marketing scorecard and report performance to the business.
