Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of digital product management, program management, or delivery leadership.
• Experience within Wealth Management, Broker-Dealer, RIA, Asset Management, or Financial Services organizations.
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise digital platforms and product roadmaps.
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud implementations and advisor platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Ownership: define and manage the vision, roadmap, and feature backlog for Wealth Management and Advisor Experience platforms.
• Delivery Leadership: lead multiple Agile teams delivering digital capabilities and end-to-end delivery execution.
• Financial Services Cloud Leadership: maximize adoption and value realization from Financial Services Cloud capabilities.
• Data Platform & Pipeline Leadership: define scalable data strategies and real-time/batch pipelines powering dashboards and portals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: liaison between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams and executive updates.
• Customer & Advisor Experience: focus on advisor productivity and superior client experience; leverage analytics to improve platform capabilities.
