Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Manager of Delegated Credentialing to oversee all delegation credentialing activities across the enterprise. You will coordinate credentialing functions, support the MAP committee, and partner with Medical Staff Services, administration, leadership, and payors.

The role requires CPCS certification (preferred), five years in Medical Staff Services with credentialing experience, and three years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred.
• Minimum five years Medical Staff Services experience with credentialing in acute care.
• Three years supervisory or lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational delegation credentialing activities and staff.
• Coordinate credentialing audits with accreditors (JCAHO, NCQA, CMS) and health plans.
• Ensure data integrity of credentialing databases and reporting.
• Collaborate with Medical Staff Services, leadership, and payors.
