Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Manager of Delegated Credentialing to oversee all delegation credentialing activities and coordinate the MAP Committee. This role provides expert guidance on credentialing policy, audits, and regulatory compliance for physicians and affiliate networks.

The position requires leadership experience in Medical Staff Services, strong data analysis skills, and a track record of improving credentialing processes in an acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in Medical Staff Services, with credentialing experience in an acute care setting.
• Experience with delegation oversight assessments/audits.
• Three+ years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience with credentialing databases and health plan delegation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational delegation credentialing activities and audits.
• Coordinate and support MAP Committee and related credentialing projects.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of the delegated credentialing data in the credentialing database.
• Support compliance with accrediting and regulatory standards (e.g., JCAHO, NCQA, CMS).
• Lead staff development and policy updates for delegated credentialing operations.
