You will direct cross-functional teams across engineering, customers, and mission stakeholders, ensuring delivery within schedule and budget. This remote, full-time role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 5+ years of program management, and a PMP or equivalent credential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent field.
• Minimum 5 years program or project management experience.
• Technical program management background within defense or government contracting sectors.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal capabilities.
• Cross-stakeholder collaboration experience.
• Current PMP certification or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Direct cross-functional teams managing intricate technical programs within schedule and budget constraints.
• Bridge communication gaps between engineering, customers, and mission stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverable tracking.
• Identify program risks and develop appropriate mitigation approaches.
• Translate between technical and non-technical team members.
• Uphold security protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular updates to senior leadership.
