Qualifications

• 10+ years of defense litigation experience and ability to lead complex matters.
• Licensed in California with substantial deposition, motion, trial/arbitration/mediation experience.
• Strong writer, strategic thinker, trusted counselor managing a sophisticated caseload.
• Experience in trucking and transportation defense; liability defense is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex litigation and develop case strategy.
• Mentor and develop junior team members while representing clients and insurers.
• Build durable client and insurer relationships while maintaining high service standards.
