Job summary

Amyx, Inc. is hiring a Training Specialist to support our Defense Logistics Agency client remotely. The role focuses on delivering IT and end-user training, developing course content, and producing instructor and student materials.

The candidate will lead classroom sessions, workshops, and seminars while ensuring accurate information is communicated. Requirements include five years of relevant experience, information systems training experience, a recognized IT instructor certification, and

Qualifications

• Five (5) years relevant experience.
• Experience in information systems development, training, or related fields.
• Certification: IT-? Instructor/Trainer from a nationally recognized authority.
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3).

Responsibilities

• Develops and provides IT and end user training on computer hardware and application software.
• Conducts research to develop and revise training courses and prepares training catalogs.
• Prepares all instructor materials (course outline, background material, training aids).
• Prepares all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
• Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
• Must have the ability to communicate accurate information.
