Job summary

Clutch Canada is seeking a Business Development Manager specialized in defense technology and sales to defense agencies. This remote role focuses on identifying and executing RFIs and RFQs, and managing the full sales lifecycle.

With 7+ years of defense sales experience, the ideal candidate will establish new business opportunities, collaborate with technical teams, and serve as a primary interface with defense agencies, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The compensation ranges from $135,000 to $182,700 annually, along with various benefits and a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in defense sales and relationships with prime at various levels and government agencies.
• Experience in the Defense industry required; Automotive industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish new business opportunities through customer acquisition.
• Ensure participation in applicable defense agency RFIs and RFQs.
• Collaborate with teams to establish efficient key account teams.
• Define and negotiate pricing and terms for agreements.
• Serve as the primary interface with defense agencies.
• Maximize customer satisfaction as the representative of your customers.
