Job summary

Connections Education LLC seeks a Dean of Students to lead academic achievement in a fully virtual K-12 setting. Based in Bentonville, AR or remote, this 10-month contract role emphasizes MTSS fidelity, data-driven interventions, and compliance with state/federal rules.

You will collaborate with school leadership, teachers, families, and districts across Arkansas; travel statewide for professional development and testing coordination may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires AR license and leadership experience in K-12 education.
• Experience with virtual or blended learning environments preferred.
• Strong data analysis and progress monitoring skills.
• Ability to implement evidence-based interventions and document results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the MTSS framework across the school.
• Manage Tier 2 and Tier 3 placement using data.
• Monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust supports.
• Prepare intervention cycle reports for the state.
• Align reading interventions with state regulations.
• Coordinate special education referrals and supports.
• Oversee K-12 academic progress and alignment of instruction and curriculum.
• Provide professional development on data use and student engagement.
