Job summary

Credit Acceptance is seeking a Dealer Enrollment Specialist to review and process enrollment packages from home, with occasional travel to our Southfield, MI office if required. You will support Sales throughout the enrollment process and help handle dealer changes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Work from home with planned travel to Michigan as needed. The role emphasizes fast-paced, independent work, strong customer service, and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Excel and Word.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and process Dealer Enrollment Packages in accordance with policy.
• Process dealer change requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support Sales throughout the Enrollment process.
• Support additional internal and external requests.
