Job summary

Empirical360, a legal marketing firm, seeks a DaVinci Resolve Video Editor with 2–3 years of experience to edit engaging long-form YouTube content and repurpose for short clips. This is a salaried, fully remote role with a focus on consistent branding across clients.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of editing experience in DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing long-form YouTube content.
• Ability to adapt editing style to different client brands.
• Must have reliable Ethernet internet connection.
• Willingness to work remotely as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form videos into engaging YouTube content using stock footage, lower thirds, text/graphics, and subtitles.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips following Alex Hormozi’s Hook/Retain/Reward strategy.
• Ensure final videos are polished and aligned with brand style and messaging.
• Apply creative storytelling to improve viewer retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with team to refine content based on feedback and performance metrics.
