Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking a Databricks Solutions Architect to deliver Data & AI solutions for Fortune 1000 clients. This remote, United States–based, full-time role offers USD 180K+ compensation and opportunities to influence strategy and technical delivery.

You will collaborate with Databricks as a strategic partner, architect high‑performance Databricks solutions, support pre‑sales, and drive R&D through CoEs while creating reusable assets and mentoring teammates.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients, delivery & market – provide advisory consulting and address unmet needs in cloud data technologies.
Engage with Databricks as a Silver partner to create point of views on new capabilities and support go-to-market initiatives.
Architect solutions and coordinate their implementation in cloud data and big data technologies, focusing on reuse and AI infusion.
Lead and support pre-sales activities including discovery workshops, developing POVs/solutions/scoping, writing proposals, and enabling sales for Data & AI technologies with Databricks.
Guide research and experimentation through CoEs to stay ahead in cloud data engineering and architecture.
Build foundation components and reusable assets in cloud and big data technologies to benefit multiple projects and client accounts.
Nurture and grow talent through recruitment and learning & development in cloud data engineering.
