Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking a CyberSecurity Data Engineering Lead to join the Security Data Engineering team remotely in the United States. The role focuses on building reliable data pipelines, translating security and compliance needs into measurable logic, and delivering production-ready engineering through disciplined SDLC practices.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end Databricks ETL pipelines, design Bronze-Silver-Gold data layers, and normalize telemetry from multiple security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years in cyber security operations or security compliance/GRC roles.
• Advanced Databricks engineering with ETL pipelines and analytics.
• Experience normalizing, correlating, and testing data from security platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the compliance data foundation as a principal contributor.
• Design and maintain end-to-end Databricks ETL pipelines for structured compliance datasets.
• Develop and run Medallion data pipelines (Bronze, Silver, Gold) for reliable data layers.
• Normalize telemetry from tools like ServiceNow, Defender, CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Wiz, Entra ID, SailPoint and others.
• Translate datasets into monitoring enablement and programmatic control-testing logic in the data layer.
