Job summary

Prolific is seeking a Database Administrator — Graduates to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate AI models using real data expertise. If successful, you’ll be invited to join Prolific as a participant, where you’ll get paid to train and evaluate powerful AI models.

In this role you’ll review AI outputs for accuracy, simulate data-entry scenarios, audit datasets, and tag data to train models. Flexible hours and remote work from the United States are supported.

Qualifications

• Years of experience in high-volume data entry, data processing, or records administration.
• Proven accuracy with large datasets and ability to spot inconsistencies, duplicates and formatting issues.
• Fast typing speed and ability to handle structured and unstructured data quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Familiarity with data formats, validation rules, and spotting AI-generated errors.
• Strong written English communication to assess clarity and correctness of AI outputs.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus for evaluating data quality across locales.
• Must have a PayPal account to receive payments from clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI data outputs for accuracy, completeness, and formatting consistency.
• Simulate data entry tasks with realistic scenarios and edge cases.
• Audit AI-generated datasets for errors in categorisation, labeling, or field mapping.
• Annotate and label data samples to aid AI model training and validation rules.
• Quality assurance by comparing AI outputs to established data standards.
