Job summary

The ideal candidate translates institutional needs into reproducible analytical solutions using Python, R, and SQL, mentoring teammates and expanding the analytics toolkit with descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive methods.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with BI and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent programming and relational database skills, including SQL.
• Beginner to intermediate ETL experience with multiple data sources.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar scripting languages.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, AWS, or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with Informatica IICS and data tools.
• Ability to work in a team and analyze problems to propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines and code for the data warehouse.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to apply changes impacting the warehouse.
• Produce ad-hoc queries and develop reports to support business needs.
• Identify inefficiencies and monitor data quality and performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and data warehouse components.
• Participate in data migrations and release cycles with proper change control.
