Qualifications

• BS or MS in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, or related field.
• 5+ years in data science with 3+ in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Proficient in Python or R, SQL, and version control (Git).
• Experience building interpretable ML and AI solutions from real-world data.
• Audit-ready data lineage, methods, assumptions, testing, validation, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics and AI workstreams for next-best-action and field education capabilities.
• Advance literature intelligence workflows: search, retrieve, synthesize, evaluate, validate outputs.
• Develop interpretable ML, statistical, and generative AI solutions from structured and unstructured data.
• Build reproducible workflows and reusable components from research prototypes to production.
• Lead analytics proposals: cohort definition, analysis planning, modeling, interpretation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with clinicians, scientists, and business teams to translate questions into plans.
• Support abstracts, presentations, and research reports with proper privacy and validation.
• Contribute to forecasting, Promotion Effectiveness, and Digital Product Impact initiatives.
• Perform exploratory analysis, feature engineering, model development and evaluation, and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with data engineers on pipelines, versioning, testing, deployment readiness, and data lineage.
