Job summary

Prolific is seeking Data Scientists and Data Analysts to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate AI models using real technical expertise. If successful, you’ll be invited to join Prolific as a participant, paid for your work with flexible hours. A quick 10–15 minute test may be required.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
• Real-world experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, or ML engineering.
• Ability to solve complex statistical problems and interpret high-level data visualizations.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical mindset.
• Significant experience using LLMs to assist data workflows and understanding model limitations.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate LLM responses for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
• Fact-check technical claims using authoritative references.
• Validate code and outputs by running scripts (Python/R) and handling edge cases.
• Annotate model performance to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Ensure alignment with system guidelines and professional technical standards.
