Job summary

Vidushi Infotech is seeking a Data Scientist to support analytics, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making for the REI account. The role involves partnering with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, build models, and deliver insights that improve operations, customer experience, and financial performance.

The position requires experience with Python, R, SQL, ML frameworks, and data visualization tools, along with strong communication skills and offshore delivery experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong statistical analysis, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Experience working in an offshore delivery model with US stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to identify analytics opportunities and define problem statements.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Build predictive and prescriptive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights.
• Validate models, monitor performance, and iterate based on feedback.
• Document methodologies, assumptions, results, and recommendations.
• Support data governance, data quality, and security requirements.
