Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant work experience & relevant Master's or 7+ years & relevant PhD.
• 2-5 years experience directly managing a team of data scientists.
• Strong practical ML / Stats knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of data scientists, growing from 2-3 to 5-6.
• Lead planning and communications with product and engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain fraud detection models through full lifespan.
