Job summary

Stryker is seeking a data science intern to develop and analyze insights that guide strategic decisions within the Commercial Excellence group in Trauma & Extremities. You will explore data, forecast outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions.

Applicants should be pursuing a STEM or analytics-related degree, maintain a 3.0+ GPA, and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA; verified at time of hire.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze and model data to drive predictive Insights across the Commercial Excellence org.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and forecast business outcomes.
• Document complex processes and present findings clearly.
• Utilize Python, SQL and data visualization tools to build scalable solutions.
