Job summary

Infios, a leader in supply chain software solutions, seeks a Solutions Analyst to own daily, weekly, and month-end reporting, analyze large datasets, and ensure data integrity across the Infios FAP Portal and core components. You will use Excel, Access, and SQL to automate processes, troubleshoot issues, and deliver data-driven insights to Operations, Product, and Implementations teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and financial logic required.
• Experience delivering daily, weekly, and month-end reports.
• Proficiency in Excel formulas, Access, and SQL.
• Ability to troubleshoot data integrity issues and automate reporting.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily, weekly, and month-end customer reporting accurately and on time.
• Maintain and support core solution components including GL coding and accruals.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Investigate issues across data logic and reporting, driving resolution.
• Use Excel, Access, and SQL to validate and automate data.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Implementations, and customers.
