Job summary

Frontier Technology Inc. seeks a Data Analyst to support NAVIFOR readiness reporting and maintenance program health. You will work with the NAVIFOR 3-M PM to act as SME for enterprise data systems and provide analytics across multiple DoD platforms. Some onsite work at NAVIFOR Suffolk, VA is required.

The role emphasizes data integration, dashboarding, and decision-support, leveraging JUPITER, Qlik, Power Apps, and SBIR technologies to improve readiness and operational performance.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and active Secret DoD clearance.
• Bachelor's or equivalent graduate degree, or 4 years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis with ability to analyze complex Navy data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Experience developing business applications and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Apps, including Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Excel proficiency with data tables and formulas.
• Dashboarding experience with Jupiter and Qlik (Learn ability required).

Responsibilities

• Data Management and Integration using the JUPITER Data Environment to integrate, manage, and analyze Navy readiness data.
• Data Analysis and Decision Support to develop reports, dashboards, and decision-support products for stakeholders.
• Readiness Systems Support by providing analytics, data reconciliation, and standardization across Navy readiness systems.
• Technical Tools development and maintenance of dashboards and visualizations using Qlik and Power Apps.
• Collaboration and Mission Support through cross-functional work and training for NAVIFOR and supported commands.
