Job summary

FTI is seeking a Data Analyst to support NAVIFOR equipment readiness reporting and program health in Suffolk, VA, with remote work flexibility. The role combines data management, integration, and analytics across multiple DoD systems, using Qlik in Advana and Power Apps for reporting pipelines.

You will act as a subject matter expert, delivering dashboards, insights, and training to NAVIFOR teams. A US Secret clearance and 4+ years of data analysis experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active Secret DoD Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis.
• Experience developing business applications and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Apps, including Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Excel proficiency with data tables and formulas.
• Dashboarding experience with Jupiter and Qlik.

Responsibilities

• Manage and integrate Navy readiness data using the JUPITER Data Environment in Advana.
• Analyze data to develop reports, dashboards, and decision-support products for stakeholders.
• Provide analytics and reconciliation across readiness and maintenance systems (e.g., AWN, MBPS, SKED, CSMP).
• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and visualizations using Qlik and Microsoft tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support mission readiness initiatives and training.
