AI Trainer Jobs is seeking a Data quality / CRM operations Evaluator for remote, independent contractor work. You will review data quality and CRM operation prompts and responses against AuraOne's rubric, label edge cases, and write structured feedback.

You will design and audit label taxonomies, knowledge graphs, and evaluation datasets, compare paired outputs, tag hallucinations and policy breaches, and capture ambiguous prompts for rubric updates.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on data quality / CRM operations evaluation.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning naming the issue and rubric clause applied.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data quality / CRM operations evaluation outputs against a versioned rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and select the stronger answer with a written rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structured tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route to the program team for rubric updates.
