Job summary

Habitat Health is seeking a Data Product Manager to own data product strategy and end-to-end delivery, bridging Product and Data teams. You will coordinate with C‑Suite and VP stakeholders, translate business needs into scalable data solutions, and work with engineers to build impactful dashboards and data products.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate hands-on data work, and shape data platforms while balancing business priorities with user needs.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in product management, data/BI, or similar with end-to-end data products shipping.
• Solid understanding of healthcare data ontologies, systems, and IT.
• Proficiency in SQL to query, validate, and troubleshoot data.
• Experience writing clear technical specs (metrics, mappings, definitions).
• Experience partnering with operations, compliance, or clinical leadership to gather requirements.

Responsibilities

• Discovery: define the business problem before build.
• Build and ship: own the full delivery cycle from specs to rollout.
• Hands-on data work: query, validate, review code with SQL/Git.
• Triage: distinguish quick fixes from roadmap work.
• AI fluency: leverage AI tools to accelerate work and modeling.
• Cross-domain range: influence Platform, Clinical, Regulatory and enterprise reporting data.
