Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Data Privacy & Compliance Attorney for a contract opportunity. The consultant will support privacy, compliance, and regulatory initiatives, including reviewing and negotiating DPAs, conducting risk assessments, managing DSARs and privacy inquiries, and partnering with cross-functional teams to provide practical compliance guidance.

This 3-month, fully remote assignment is open to both part-time and full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data privacy and compliance experience.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating privacy and data security agreements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Experience with accessibility compliance, OFAC/sanctions programs, or emerging AI regulations is a plus.
