NimbleFig is hiring for a backend-focused data ingestion role in California. You will own the systems that ingest millions of documents from thousands of sources, ensuring fast, correct, and queryable data as volume grows.

Formación

• 5+ years backend engineering experience
• Proficient in Python and SQL
• Experience with large-scale data pipelines or distributed systems
• Bias for correctness and measurement before trust
• Comfort owning a system end to end from fetch to stored record
• Experience with search or vector indexes at scale

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate ingestion pipelines across tens of thousands of sources
• Keep data fresh, deduplicated, and correct as volume and source count grow
• Design storage and indexing that stays fast to query at scale
• Build observability to quickly detect source issues or drift
• Own reliability and correctness work to keep data trustworthy
• Work across the stack from fetchers to schemas to query paths
