First Citizens Bank is seeking a motivated Data Engineer to join our Data Platform Engineering Organization and help build scalable cloud-based data solutions that enable analytics and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The role is remote and will collaborate with engineers, product partners, and business stakeholders to modernize enterprise data platforms using AWS, Snowflake, dbt, Python, and SQL. Experience with data quality, testing, and CI/CD will be highly valued.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year experience or High School Diploma with 5 years experience.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies.
• Familiarity with data governance and security practices.

Mansioni

• Design, build, and support scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions utilizing AWS, Snowflake, dbt, Python, SQL.
• Implement data warehouse solutions and ETL/ELT processes to support reporting, analytics, and BI.
• Develop data tests and quality controls, including dbt tests, to ensure data reliability.
