Job summary

Premier is seeking a Consultant to collaborate with a data operations team to deliver performance improvements for a women and infants collaborative. The role involves leading data analysis, drafting client deliverables, and supporting implementation of improvements.

The Consultant will work in a team environment, participate in interviews, build data models, and help standardize internal tools and client deliverables, while contributing to practice development and learning Premier technologies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of applicable experience in analytics, healthcare, finance, or related fields.
• Experience leading analyses, data interpretation, and client deliverables.
• Proficiency with statistical tools (R, Python, SAS, Matlab) and data visualization.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to develop BI dashboards.
• Ability to design and draft client deliverables for diverse audiences.
• Experience in building data models and delivering data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Obtain data, run analyses, interpret results, and prepare presentations.
• Lead client interviews and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop client deliverables and present outcomes to teams.
• Help in billing-related analytics and revenue generation activities.
• Lead standardization and automation of client deliverables and internal tools.
• Mentor Analysts and oversee project work as needed.
