Job summary

The Cigna Group seeks a Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor to turn complex data into clear insights within DS&I. You will build trusted analytics, design dashboards in Tableau, and partner with leaders to translate needs into measurable solutions that improve operational performance.

With 5+ years in analytics, you’ll fight data issues, validate results with SQL, and apply SAS/Altair/Python to automate tasks. Expect executive-ready reports and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on analytics, BI, or reporting experience.
• Advanced Tableau: design and develop dashboards and visual analytics.
• Advanced SQL: complex queries, validation, cross-source analysis.
• Experience with SAS, Altair, or Python for analytics & automation.
• Experience designing operational KPIs, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Proven success investigating data issues and driving them to resolution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design standardized performance analytics aligning DS&I priorities with enterprise goals.
• Build measurement frameworks, data definitions, and reporting methods.
• Develop and automate Tableau dashboards turning data into insights and actions.
• Partner with leaders to define questions and translate needs into solutions.
• Evaluate trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers via root-cause analysis.
• Use SQL to validate results and analyze data across sources.
• Apply SAS, Altair, or Python to prepare data and automate work.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting with key findings and next steps.
• Create reusable templates and documentation to improve quality and capability.
• Manage priorities independently and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
