Job summary

Workada is seeking a Data Labeling Specialist for a remote contract role based in the United States. You'll evaluate AI outputs across text, images, video, and documents against detailed criteria and provide clear justification for your judgments.

The ideal candidate has excellent written English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed guidelines independently. Prior experience evaluating creative or technical work is a plus, and you must be based in the US or Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
• Excellent written English - clear, precise, well-organized.
• Strong attention to detail.
• At least 1 year of experience in a role built around evaluating or reviewing work against a standard (e.g., UI/UX design, graphic design, photography, video production, editorial, research, QA, or technical writing).
• Equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate outputs from AI models across text, images, video, and documents against detailed criteria.
• Assess quality, spot errors and inconsistencies, and write clear, well-reasoned justifications for judgments.
• Provide clear explanations to help systems improve in real-world use.
