Job summary

Reveleer is seeking a Data Integration Analyst for the AI & Risk Adjustment team. This remote role focuses on designing data pipelines that move raw healthcare data into structured, AI-ready assets.

You will own ingestion, transformation, and production-grade data products while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll work on retrospective risk adjustment foundations, condition-suspecting algorithms, and semantic data structuring to enable AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, scientific, technical, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proven, hands-on coding ability with database technology (SQL Server/T-SQL).
• Experience designing data transformation and parsing for messy data.
• Ability to design, test, and refine algorithms on real‑world data.
• Experience cleaning, mapping, and validating data from multiple sources.
• Experience building repeatable ETL or data ingestion workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and structured approach to data validation.

Responsibilities

• Ingest customer data into the data warehouse and preserve raw data for traceability.
• Write and maintain SQL to transform data into platform-ready outputs and load files for systems.
• Monitor pipelines for errors and data quality issues and remediate proactively.
