Clutch Canada is hiring a Software Engineer to support our AI team's data collection efforts. This role will focus on finding audio data sources, operating cloud infrastructure, and collaborating on dataset roadmaps.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science, at least 5 years of software development experience, and proficiency in scripting and cloud services. Our company values diversity and offers a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in large-scale data processing workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Find new sources of audio data for ingestion pipeline.
• Operate cloud infrastructure for ingestion on GCP.
• Collaborate with Scientists to enhance data quality.

Skills

Proficiency with bash/Python scripting

Proficiency in Docker

Experience with web crawlers

Strong communication skills

Education

BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field
