Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Senior Data Governance Lead to join the CMM Data Modernization and Governance team. You will design and operationalize an enterprise data governance framework across 204+ federal courts, aligning with Judiciary policies and the Data Governance Roadmap.

Lead change management, establish roles and processes, and oversee metadata and data cataloging across AO and local courts to accelerate modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise data governance programs.
• Experience translating governance policy into practical operational processes in delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of data quality management, metadata practices, and stewardship models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an enterprise-level data governance framework tailored to program needs and varying court types.
• Update and refine the data governance roadmap using current plans and industry best practices.
