ICF's Digital Modernization Division seeks a Data Governance Lead to drive government-approved governance, metadata standards and stewardship workflows. You will coordinate with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Security, and Product Operations to ensure data is accurate, discoverable and ready for publication.

The role requires US work authorization, 8+ years of relevant experience, and a strong background in enterprise data governance within regulated environments.

Formación

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract.
• Must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience; Master’s may substitute for 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a data-related field or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Leads implementation of government-approved data governance, stewardship workflows, metadata standards, and governance reporting.
• Ensures governance activities are operationalized under VA CDO oversight.
• Coordinates with data stewards, data owners, Data Engineering, Security and Product Operations to ensure data is accurate, findable, trusted and publishable.
• Applies data governance, metadata, data stewardship, data quality, and access-policy coordination for role delivery.
• Collaborates with product, engineering, security, governance and customer-facing stakeholders as required.
• Documents work products, decisions, risks and delivery evidence for traceability and continuous improvement.
