Job summary

Inova Health is seeking a Data Governance Analyst 2 to join our team in a full-time, days role. This position supports the data governance office, defines standards, and promotes a data-driven culture while collaborating with stakeholders to improve data usage.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent experience, 3 years in healthcare or analytics operations, and EPIC certification within six months of hire. Remote work eligibility is available for certain states.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or business environments with data access, data quality, or metadata management.
• Knowledge of governance, data management, or analytics operations preferred.
• Epic security and Epic Certification experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the data governance office in defining policies, standards, processes, and metrics.
• Develop quality data practices and work with business to define thresholds for success.
• Promote a data-driven culture and collaborate with stakeholders for improvement.
• Maintain governance documentation, standards, and guidance for consistent data usage.
