Job summary

You will analyze data quality issues, maintain the data glossary, track governance items through their lifecycle, and support data integration and regulatory compliance efforts. 3–8 years of experience and SQL skills are preferred, with healthcare data familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in data analysis, data governance, data quality management, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders on data-related challenges.
• Knowledge of data quality, metadata, and documentation practices in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Data Issue Analysis & Root Cause Resolution: investigate data inconsistencies and document findings.
• Data Quality Lifecycle Support: define and monitor data quality rules and thresholds.
• Metadata & Documentation Management: maintain glossary, catalog, and lineage documentation.
• Governance Lifecycle Tracking & Reporting: track issues through lifecycle and produce status reports.
• Data Integration & Validation Support: validate data across integration and transformation processes.
• Compliance & Regulatory Data Support: assist with HIPAA/CMS/Medicare data obligations and audits.
