Machinery & Equipment Company is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Document Entry Specialist to join our team. This fully remote role allows you to work from home while entering data from paper and digital documents into company systems.

The ideal candidate will review documents for accuracy, maintain organized electronic files, and ensure confidential information is handled securely while meeting daily and weekly productivity goals. Flexible scheduling and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good typing speed (35 WPM preferred).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
