You will review documents, enter data into our systems, and ensure accurate logging of mail, scans, and photos for each claim. Responsibilities

• Researches and documents incoming correspondence.
• Preps and logs documents to prepare for scanning.
• Scans documents through batch scanner.
• Converts and attaches documents to individual claim files in DAKCS.
• Converts and attaches photos to photos drive on network.
• Records claim information via data entry into CMR's customized software applications.
• Communicates with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner.
• Pick up, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail accurately and efficiently.
