JOB TYPES: Part-time; Entry-level; MUST be a U.S. citizen.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Good phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with personal computers and at least typical typing capability.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Solid outgoing personality with superior interaction abilities and great work principles.
  • Data entry and strong business abilities.
  • Effective listening and analytical abilities, along with the capability to summarize details and provide solutions.
  • You should be professional and positive, with a high level of self-motivation and the capacity to function independently.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Personal computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAY: $18.54-$22.56 per hour
