As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer experience and satisfaction through efficient day-to-day payment processing services. This full-time remote position offers a competitive hourly rate of $27. You will utilize your data entry skills and attention to detail to accurately process payment requests while achieving key performance indicators aligned with production goals such as service levels, quality error rates, productivity, and response times. Building strong relationships with both customers and internal teams is essential in facilitating solutions and meeting urgent deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently enter customer payment data from e-mailed forms.
  • Adhere to established data entry timelines and productivity standards.
  • Ensure completeness of all required payment information in internal data systems.
  • Update existing data as necessary and suggest improvements for process flow and efficiency.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and update onboarding documentation as needed.
  • Review data for errors, correct incompatibilities, and verify output accuracy.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.
  • Consistently meet productivity metrics and goals.
  • Contribute actively to knowledge management efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management, both in writing and verbally.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
