Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, with 1–2 years in Snowflake.
• Strong SQL and Snowpark (Python) proficiency for pipelines.
• Experience with dimensional modeling (star/snowflake schema) and structured/semi-structured data.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Git-based workflows.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Federal Public Trust clearance.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and maintain Snowflake data pipelines using SQL and Snowpark with quality checks.
• Develop canonical data model structures to onboard new agency datasets.
• Implement RAG and vector search using Snowflake Cortex Search for AI queries.
• Contribute to Snowflake CI/CD via schemachange, dbt, or Snowflake CLI.
• Develop Python layers connecting the OPA/Rego policy engine to Snowflake for dynamic access controls.
• Support Secure Data Sharing, OCR workflows, and Streamlit apps in Snowflake.
• Package and document patterns for reuse across agencies.
• Participate in weekly standups and monthly status updates.
