The role requires mid-level experience with PySpark, Python, and SQL, plus familiarity with Delta Lake, lakehouse concepts, and data modeling. Remote/hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Proven Databricks data pipeline design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Databricks data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
• Manage complex pipelines ensuring quality, reliability, and performance.
• Develop code in Python/PySpark/SQL for scalable data processing.
• Implement optimized data models (Delta Lake, Parquet).
• Collaborate with analysts/scientists to define requirements and solutions.
• Monitor pipelines with logging, alerts, and performance tuning.
• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance.
• Contribute to evolving data architecture and best practices.
