ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is seeking a Data Engineer/Analyst to build and maintain data pipelines, reports, and dashboards for key departmental metrics. The role focuses on migrating SSIS ETL pipelines to Posit and R, while designing ETL processes and SQL Server objects for reliable data delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data engineering or data analytics experience.
• Strong SQL Server experience, including stored procedures, functions, and views.
• Experience with R and Posit (RStudio).
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar reporting tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Access databases and TOAD.
• Ability to present analyses and explain business impact to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Migrate existing SSIS ETL pipelines to Posit and R.
• Design and develop ETL processes, stored procedures, functions, and views using SQL Server and Toad.
• Oversee the creation and daily running of mission-critical departmental reporting.
• Translate business needs into data elements across Access databases and data marts to source, extract, and transform data for reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards and data sources in Tableau and other reporting tools.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, data cleansing, and data visualization.
• Identify and document root causes of trends, issues, and performance gaps, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
