This role blends BI, analytics, compliance monitoring, and reporting to support leadership decisions. You'll collaborate across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Sales, and partner organizations to develop dashboards, monitor

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or related field.
Three+ years in business analytics, healthcare ops, reporting, compliance, or related field.
Experience building dashboards, reports, and BI solutions.
Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/SQL) required.

Responsibilities

Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting for operational, financial, compliance, and membership performance.
Analyze purchasing, enrollment, sales, and utilization data to identify trends and risks.
Create recurring and ad hoc reports to support strategic planning.
Translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
