Job summary
Ll Oefentherapie is seeking a People Manager to lead cost management for gigascale construction programs. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in cost controls for large capital projects, with strong expertise in estimating and change management. This role offers flexibility to work from home, requiring no less than 50% travel. The position provides a competitive salary range from $139,400 to $291,800, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
Qualifications
12+ years of progressive experience in cost management/cost controls for large capital projects.
Demonstrated expertise in estimating, forecasting, change control, and contract/commercial evaluation.
Strong working knowledge of construction means and methods, cost drivers, productivity, and sequencing.
Responsibilities
Own the cost management strategy across one or more gigascale projects/programs.
Develop and maintain the overall project budget, cash flow, and long-range forecast.
Implement a robust change control process to manage scope, schedule, and cost impacts.
Serve as a trusted advisor to program leadership and project managers.
