Job summary

hubQuest Sp. z o.o. is seeking a mid-level Data & BI Analyst to join a global reporting project. You will build Power BI models, write SQL queries, and collaborate with stakeholders across regions to ensure consistent KPI definitions and reliable reporting.

You will work in an English-speaking environment, develop Azure Databricks knowledge, and help translate business needs into actionable data solutions with a focus on accuracy and usability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business intelligence, data analytics or a similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience delivering Power BI dashboards.
• Experience with data modelling, DAX, and data quality checks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with business stakeholders in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and transform data using SQL to combine sources and implement KPI calculations.
• Build and maintain Power BI semantic models, measures, and reports.
• Apply advanced Power BI features like composite models and RLS when needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into clear deliverables.
• Document calculations and data definitions to ensure consistent reporting.
• Investigate data issues and reconcile figures across sources.
• Collaborate with data engineers and BI developers on data structures and changes.
• Maintain version control and contribute to a structured development workflow.
• Provide progress updates and raise blockers early.
